Client reviews can involve information held by several people and providers. We help organize requests, clarify ownership, and keep the documentation process moving.
01. Account & client-requirement review
Review your account, applicable client requirements, outstanding requests, and current review status. Build an action list with clear responsibilities and due dates.
02. Drug & alcohol program documentation
Help organize the written policy, program information, and supporting records requested for review. Identify gaps against the applicable client criteria and coordinate needed corrections with your internal contacts.
03. Testing-provider & record coordination
Coordinate requests with your designated employer representative and testing administrator. Help reconcile requested statistical information and documentation using authorized channels and appropriate limits on sensitive information.
04. Review responses & ongoing follow-up
Track reviewer questions, coordinate revised materials, and monitor open items at an agreed cadence. Maintain a record of changes and upcoming requirements so your team knows what needs attention.
Common questions.
Is TPS Alert the same as Alert?
TPS Alert is now branded as the Alert app. We use the familiar TPS Alert name here and confirm the current account, platform, and client workflow during scoping.
Does this include drug testing or medical review?
No. This service provides documentation and administrative coordination. Specimen collection, laboratory testing, medical review, and testing-program administration remain with the appropriate providers unless separately arranged.
Can you guarantee a compliant status?
No. Reviewers and hiring clients determine acceptance. We help organize accurate information and address documented gaps; platform subscriptions and provider fees are separate.
